  • Blind Tasting Experience

This is everyone’s favorite experience as we will taste up to 12 wines from several regions. Each guest will receive a tasting sheet along with a list of wines that will be poured. After we hand out our beautifully decorated wine bottles, this blind tasting quickly gets under way as you take turns pouring for one another and then using your wine knowledge to determine which wines match up with the options. A fun event that includes a friendly wine competition where I’m sure you’ll experience some wines that you’ve probably never heard of yet! Of course, at the end, we tally up the guesses and find out who really knows their wine!

  • NC Wine Experience

Do you think you can distinguish a North Carolina wine from other wines? This experience will have you guessing as you taste three to five different wines from North Carolina along with a few non-NC wines. Our state industry has come a long way since I first started visiting the vineyards and researching the industry over 20 years ago. We will experience a blind tasting to compare the wines and then discuss where we were and where we are now.

  • Vertical / Horizontal Wine Experience

Think you know a wine? Think again! Join us as we explore the differences only noticeable in a vertical or horizontal tasting. Discover the nuances year after year or explore different producers’ interpretation of the same grape varietal! During both of these exciting experiences, you’ll be surprised how the same grape expresses itself differently and the reasons why. This class is a must for anyone who’s been wanting to dive deeper into their favorite wine or compare different regions / producers and find their new favorite!

  • Wine Tours

Experience a stress-free wine tour for the day or entire weekend. These experiences include all pre-planning - arranging transportation, winery selections, organizing meals & securing accommodations - to ensure your tour flows smoothly and everyone enjoys the experience. Note that weekend tours require advance notice of two-three months as vineyards have specific group tour requirements. *North Carolina and Virginia only.
